Want and wants (Part 1)
A want is defined as the desire for something, something that we long for and we can only be fulfilled at the realization of our want.
In today’s world, various phrases and sentence can be used to define our want, such phrases includes, require, lack, desire, none, not available, need, but in true sum what do we really want.
The question to be asked is what we want or what do we really need. Firstly we have to create a good distinction between our want and our needs. Want and needs can be said to be words that carries a lot of weight on itself and the corresponding effects that is expressed on human feelings or how it affects us emotionally.
Going by definition, need can be define as to require something because they are important or useful and not simply because one would like to have or desire them. Comparison between our needs and wants will completely create a bridge between our dissatisfaction and satisfaction. Have you ever experience a situation where you have to choose between a bottle of water and a bottle of juice. The water will reduce our thirst while the juice will get us refreshed, and then imagine when all we want is to get refreshed or when we need water to drink.
Now, often times, our want are desire that we require and long for, we imagine what life will be if we are able to fulfill and satisfy our want, where sometimes at the realization of this things we are still very much not contended, unsatisfied, why?.
Therefore to best describe the difference between our want and our need, we notice that a need require to be important and useful while on the other hand want let us aware of what we desire or lack.
